The relationships you build with customers and staff over time as well as seeing people start at the bottom, grab an opportunity and create a successful life filled with opportunities they can create by doing what’s right not what’s easy!
I love, that I still love my job after 17 years.

Currumbin and Ashmore always lived on the Gold Coast.

Toyota 7 Years, BMW 3 years, Started off selling Holden, Trainee Sales Person, Salesperson, Sales Manager, Business Manager and General Sales Manager
What do you love most about your job?
It is exciting buying a new car and it is great seeing people everyday picking up their new cars and having a great experience.

I have had 5 Years of detailing experience in the automotive industry and just over 2 years of selling.

I have worked for just over 2 years as a sales consultant in Mitsubishi and Suzuki.
Who did you previously work for and what was your role there?
I use to work for Oracle Business Accountants as a Graduate Accountant.
What do you love most about your job?
I love the satisfaction of helping customers choose their first car and next car. I love the fact that i wake up each morning and are happy to go into work.

30 years and started as receptionist in Cooee Tasmania, progressed through the Administration ranks to current role of Administration Manager.

Only Von Bibra.
What do you love most about your job?
Welcoming new staff members to our team and seeing them develop and mature in their roles. Every day at work is different!

30yrs - Ouch!

30yrs – positions have included parts interpreter, parts manager and now Group Parts Manager.
Who did you previously work for and what was your role there?
I forget!! Myer – pacific fair (from the 1st opening day).
What do you love most about your job?
No day is the same as the others, Meeting challenges along the way to get parts out on time, seeing staff members succeed ( and helping them grow both at work and outside work).
Where did you grow up?
Melbourne, Adelaide, Brisbane, Charters towers, Gold Coast (my Dad was in the Army, so we moved frequently).

The people I work with and the culture we have built as a team. Plus no two days are ever the same!

10 years, started in Administration then moved into Sales. MG came on board with the von Bibra Group in November 2022 and I took on the role as Sales Manager.
Who did you previously work for and what was your role there?
I previously worked for Zupps Southport in Accounts prior to von Bibra’s buying Zupp’s out.
What do you love most about your job?
The human interaction of staff and customers. Buying a car is a fun and exciting experience for most, and it’s great to be a part of that.

12 years, technician/workshop controller, Assistant Service Manager and now Holden, Honda & Kia Service Manager.

Holden dealership in Melbourne where I did my apprenticeship there moved to Gold Coast.

How many years have you worked for von Bibra & what position/s have you held?
I started at Helensvale 8 Years ago selling Used Cars and Mitsubishi Sales Consultant then moved into Internet Sales. I then relocated to our Robina dealership to become the Nissan Sales Manager (actually, it's where I first applied for a job at von Bibra, but I didn't pass the Group Interview, persistence pays off!) I have just taken on the role as Used Car Sales Manager at Robina.
Who did you previously work for and what was your role there?
I worked at Telstra as a retail assistant while I was at university.
What do you love most about your job?
Meeting new people every day and growing our Team.
Where did you grow up?
Mostly on the Gold Coast but I also lived in England as a teenager.

I have been working at von Bibra for almost 5 years now I was used car manager /Nissan manager/ relief sales manager / salesperson

I worked away in the mines, doing safety barrier installs and previous to that I ran my own tiling business.

5 years, started in Used cars then moved to Relief Sales Manager role at Ferry Rd before moving to Robina as the Nissan Sales Manager.

I am a Painter and Decorator by trade and worked in and around Surf Life Saving.

It constantly challenges me to become better in both my work and personal life.Your result is a reflection of what you are prepared to put in.
